I own some shares but have never attempted to directly contact the company. They were quite responsive to John in the early days, but my sense is that they have since restricted the flow of information. They have done a horrible job communicating with their shareholders. At the very least they should be very specific about the reasons why an infrastructure company operating in the Marcellus Shale is consistently losing money. Are they doing a bad job bidding their jobs? Are they executing poorly? A sale of the company may be the best thing for the ESA shareholders.
