Thanks for the reply Glenn. I've been thinking there might come a time for buying more shares, which was my reason for trying to contact the company IR. The stock price has held up today better than I thought it would, 47k shares traded so far.

Without any information on what exactly the company is accomplishing, or trying to do, it's like playing poker without being able to see your own cards.
