A GRPN acquisition by EBAY would be a real shot at AMZN, which owns 29% of LivingSocial. GRPN's current market cap of $4 billion is minute compared to EBAY's $58.4 billion. GRPN may have a rough morning tomorrow, but it will probably start recovering in the afternoon.
