Peter, what mark johnson report are you refering to? Nikon states they will sell 100 of their upgraded excimers, and at least that much more of the lower cost excimers. Canon states they will sell at least 200 of their excimers for 98. This makes 400. the other 200 plus could well come from ASMLF and SVGI. Do you mean the report about "circles"?
