The system costs 800,000. They want to build a bunch of them. They take 55months to complete. The facility to house them also takes time, and money, to complete.

Put a name to the person who told you it takes 55 months to complete a system. It sounds like a totally nonsensical number which was simply pulled from thin air.

The new team has its work cut out for itself.

Luckily, they gave the "old" architect of the scam a raise so he'll be inclined to show them the ins and outs of emptying shareholders' wallets.
