Clastic rocks are composed of fragments, or clasts, of pre-existing minerals and rock fragments. Geologists use the term clastic with reference to sedimentary rocks as well as to particles in sediment transport whether in suspensionor as bed load, and in sediment deposits

the valley of the kings conglomerates: sedimentary??? maybe maybe not... there are different types of onglomerates but one classification is sedimentary... the odds of the vok conglomerates being sedimentary are pretty good as there is 3 kilometers distance between the two areas of interest... the technical report would probably have th information required in regard to pretiums conglomerate rock in the valley of the kings area

1 Clastic metamorphic and igneous rocks 2 Clastic sediments 2.1 Siliciclastic sedimentary rocks 2.1.1 Composition 2.1.2 Classification 2.1.2.1 Conglomerates and breccias 2.1.2.2 Sandstones 2.1.2.3 Mudrocks
