All ADR's are the same. It are a number of shares that start out being traded on the NYSE at a starting price that would be the same in the foriegn country such as Korea. But as thge stock is traded the NYSE market increases the price or decreases the price and then you have either a premium or a discount to the true value in Korea.

To trade on korea market it is 75% closed I think to foreign investments. If you can buy on the Korea market you have to sell on the market. If you can do this trick please let me know how.
