Finally at date is set for a stock holders meeting, to be held in Ponoka, Nov. 17, 2012. Flag Resources 1985 LTD, this Corp. is going to be highjacked by two families that feel they own this Corp. A stockholders meeting will finally set the inactive Directors, who have done nothing to save this Company, free from doing nothing! New Directors will move this promising Company forward.
