It's difficult to come up with a mechanism that doesn't lead to further abuse. For example, someone could then flame an individual to a third person and prevent the flamed individual from responding (and defending himself/herself). Another situation occurs when 20 bulls on a thread want to silence a lone bear. All 20 individuals could block the bear from responding. We do not want to be heavy-handed or stifle the free-flow of discussion. If it is a very clear issue of personal harassment, then please write the webmistress@techstocks.com and it will be looked at. We're always open to suggestions as well! - Brad
