Jon, I believe Sailor's problem is that Datek didn't inform him like their Web Site indicates it would. Your broker is supposed to alert you conditions like this. You can't reap the benefits of being a broker/dealer without living up to the responsibilites. Whether a mistake on Datek's part is for or against you, it still shows the unreliability of their system. I guess that's alright if your running a gambling operation.
