My concern is (was) that with 95M unissued shares (90%+) - how many are they negotiating for a private placement or other means to issue some of them to raise cash??? Since there seems to be some investors that think I'm silly for expecting the company to talk to me (a normal part of due diligence for most investors) then I'll just sit back and send some I told you so messages later. I moved my ISGI money to ALTA Gold Co. last tuesday and it is already moving strongly up so I'm happy again.
