There are so many variables that indicate FB is not a good investment. Now let's look at the law of supply and demand. By the end of the year, there will be 1.b shares unlocked. Let's just say that for many reasons those who are free to sell the shares will take advantage of the unlocking of their shares. Let's assume further that only 20% will do so. That means 260M shares are coming to the market on the supply side. How many will come in on the demand side? Average daily volumes is 35M shares. Just do the math: 7 1/2 times of daily volumes coming in the market. My long puts have been doing very very well. I am loading some more.
