Thats the summary of the filing; the complete text can be had at :

I spoke with a representative at National Affiliated, they confirmed that "shareholders will be very pleased with the recent outcome of legal matters". I still like it, based on managements taking a pay cut despite bringing on board some respectable names, making a commitment to get funding then using it almost immediately to cherry-pick apparently ripe targets, and dumping the fat and picking up new potential money making segments of the market.

I have seen no insider trader filings pass through Edgar inthe past 6 months; my guess is that the management is in the same boat as we are, and will be working to make the thing do a lot more than just float.

I am in at an average price of $1.75, to make it clear I am at a loss, and hopeful the quarterly filing promises future success.

Regards, JB
