Is the downtown active........people walking around. And does Miami have a subway now?

Miami had a modest light rail system running 60 miles parallel to I-95 all the way up passed even where I now live going back to the late 1980's. It is not that extensive like even SF or LA or Atlanta. That downtown to me never impressed me at all. Kinda bland with no pedestrian activity at street level like a Dallas or Houston. All the high rise condos on the bay I know look incredible and the views are spectacular. The street scene where all the action is would be South Beach across the causeway.

OK. The skyline does look incredible...............much different than when I last saw Miami. Thanks for the update.
