"The ultra low cap gains rate is not creating jobs - just wealth for the super rich." You're an economist and know that, right? A low capital gains tax is good economics and it's never been an issue until a candidate comes along that pays mostly capital gains taxes......now it's an issue. It's partisanship plain and simple. Get over it. There's more important issues to deal with.
