Since you've done no DD on RMIL, I can see why you have so much trouble w/ your investment choices, i.e.; GIFS , etc.
RMIL shareholders , as a group, notified their local NASD offices about they're long waits for certificates, I myself have waited as long as 3 months. The NASD defined this as 'excessive'.
Elizabeth Page of the NASD handed the investigation over to the SEC after it was discovered that Dempsey Mork admitted his Short position.( its' illegal to short a BB stock under $3.). Mork also released fradulent press releases and formed a company using the name Olympus Ventures in another state. He then released another press release stating that OVIS was not in the 'garment' buisness, since the NEW Ovis, he incorporated was a 'real estate' co. Mork is currently being sued by RMIL for his actions. Ms. Page also informed RMIL shareholdes that since trading on the OTC BB is electronically monitored, RMIL MM's can create the 'illusion' of selling and volume. Ron failed to do DD, so of course he couldn't mention this. DVBC, another Mork co. has been dumping shares and Canada will not accept his short position.
Also, The TenSleep RMCW plant is closed (inactive) during the construction of a newer, more modern bottling facilities. OVIS merged w/ RMCW, part of the merger arrangements was a $10,000,000.00 cash infusion, which will partially go towards the facilities, Confirmation of this is a phone call away, call the co. An announcement that the merger is finalized is due out as early as next week.
I can see that , at least 'part' of the problems w/GRNO may have to do w/ Rons' DD. Please keep him here, TIA, Pugs |
