i'm still monitoring ATYR (and this thread) out of pure curiosity at this point. when I bought ATYR earlier this year, it was a venture outside of my usual silicon-valley investments. now that i'm "out", i don't follow the industry pubs anymore, but i'm waiting through this quiet period to see what will happen. if it sounds like a positive regrouping has been achieved, i will re-examine the company and possibly buy back in if the price remains low.
