jialien, Aren't you the moron who claimed there were TEA Party Death Squads?
Only reporting what Sara Palin stated in the past, and most recently Rush Limbaugh has stated this past week regarding healthcare Death Squads. I guess your statement is contrary to the Republican extremist statements.
You would ever even have a chance to engage me as an attorney. I don't represent union thugs or morons.
Hope you are not calling Kennedy, a criminal attorney, less qualified than you, or degrade him in serving those who are alleged to have committed a crime. If so, you in my opinion, are a disgrace to your legal brothers and sisters.
Yes, I engaged many attorney's across the bargaining, arbitration table and in court cases. Many, not all attorneys, totally wanted to get their money and run without going to arbitration, or arguing their case in court - they wanted to cut a deal. We would wait them out and occupy their time through mediation, and ultimately strikes.
Arbitration, or strikes were most generally outside their realm of experience. It was interesting to see them squirm. Most generally we did not want to take the slow approach - the courts. Masses of people in action and/or the political route is far more effective in community organizing and is quicker than going through the judicial process to the Supreme Courts which may take months or years. The POWER of the PEOPLE far exceeds the judicial system approach.
Attorney's in my opinion have the strongest union in the US - they control certification through State Bar examines, pass statutes where many serve in the State and Federal Legislature, and then argue their cases before other peers, Judges. If unions are defined as "a collection of individuals serving a common purpose," then the legal profession is a professional union, if not the most powerful. |
