Of course it will. Hell, I've been trying to explain that to people since Obamacare's inception.

As the interview pointed out, it isn't just me saying it. Either physicians get paid more or over time they will figure out that they can't pay their bills on what MC/MCD pay and they will drop their participation or they will be forced to transfer the costs to private insurance (as they've done for years). Any way you look at it Medicare will lose physicians.

Hell, they already are. I've seen more physicians drop participation in the last two years than I did the 20 years before.

The is zero doubt about it because Medicare doesn't cover the variable costs of providing services. And no business can continue to provide services for compensation that is less than variable costs.

I don't know what interview you watched.
