Klinker, I think you are right about the possibility of a joint bid from Seabridge and Pretium for Teuton. Each of them has an obvious area of interest Seabridge - Treaty Creek and Pretium - our High property. I believe they have already signed some kind of a cooperation agreement regarding the pending development of each of their properties. I think they market would look favourably upon an all stock joint buyout of Teuton: say 1 Seabridge & 1 Pretium share for every 10 Teuton shares. This would value Teuton around $3.00 (not an unreasonable figure in my opinion). Each of them would issue less than 6 million shares to complete the deal. What do you think?
