pretium is in the process of adding a booster engine to their stocks price... mind you they dropped the mention of their 3rd quarter priority of updating the inferred resources to indicated resources from their latest presentation... i expect any bid emanating from them would be made from closer to $30 per share then to $15.. And a release of an updated resource with the attendant announcment that there is enough measured and indicated ore to increase the size of the mill would do the trick... 320-40k oz per year is not a world class project but 600-700k per year would definitely be one

Seabridge would probably have to pay through the nose unless they could raise some cash and make a share and cash commitment

i suspect you are way to high on your assessment of what tuo would fetch.... unless dino delivers an exceptional drill result in the current high drilling campaign... I say this because most everybody and their dog would sell their tuo shares for $1.50... Only a higher counter bid from hdi or a major could send us towards the $3 mark..

$3 would value the company at about $180 million or whatever... i haven't tallied in the last set pp and warrant numbers into the fully diluted share tally... For $180 million we need to crystallize some part of our enormous potential... one good drill result could do it...
