will be made on a sole source basis to Western Identification
Network, 9343 Tech Center Drive, Suite 250, Sacramento California
95826. Western Identification Network, is the sole automated
fingerprint identification and search system for the states
of Montana, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming, and Oregon that provides
interface access to the databases of California, Washington,
and Alaska.
