And now why is it far more important what Akins think than Goldberg? Because Goldberg is simply a teevee celebrity that appeals to middle aged woman who know her comments re Polanski are BS.

However, Akins is a pro lifer just like you and a Christian just like you. More importantly, he is running for Senate and will be instrumental in shaping legislation that effects millions of people. The uproar he has caused and the fear in the hearts of the RNC shows just how out of step Rs have become in this country.

So please.........save your Goldberg comparisons for your winger friends. I am sure they will value them far more than I will.
