Does anyone know how the deal will work with TBZ. I understand that the stock will be 15 dollars a share and we will be able to convert at 9 5/8ths. Is this correct? What I don't understand is that the TBZ stockholders will get 1 for 1 into the new company and TBZ is 9 right now. Any thoughts? Please clarify for me...Eric
