Same way in Canada in getting tests prioritized or the prescriptions you want or better treatment. And why not I know I pay more for it than most of the people in the waiting room...
Horrors. Advocates of socialized medicine don't want that publicly admitted until after the healthcare takeover is fait accomplis. The way they sell it is as a one size fits all solution. They love the idea that everyone will get the same crappy care.
