Steve I am not sure if this is correct or not but I thought that a stock had to be over 10 cents to do a reverse split. If that is true we may be able to hold on a little longer, although 4 cents is a long way from 10. I too have never seen a reverse split work. I would like to know if management is dumping their stock. As the rules go they don't have to report for 30 days. John
