Fleshing out the concept:

Think:

1) Profits must be private.

2) Losses must be socialized.

3) It is good to have government to invest so that private capital profit from that investment.

This above concept works when economy is growing.

SUMMARY:
Capitalism saleable when economy growing.
There is money to cover most of the wishes of owners of capital, workers and Government
