Yes, I agree,QUST's acquisitions could be described as consolidation and look very much the same as RECY's, all accretive to earnings according to the reports I have seen. Is the insider buying of common or the preferred? I guess the conversion on the preferred into 1.4 common is the payoff for holding the preferred until March 1999. Couldn't that work toward shorting the common though at these prices?
