Harry: I don't use any software to screen stocks for my watchlist and I don't follow any messure of volatility. What I do is watch stocks all the time - story stocks, active stocks, largest gainers/losers, even stocks I read about on SI Hot Subjects seem to be volatile!

I don't think there is alot of problem finding stocks with good volatility for your watchlist, the hard part is determining which can be daytraded effectively - and which cannot!

I have done alot of research on trading software and trading programs
and I can never bring myself to actually using any of them. I guess what works for one may not be good for another!
