TQNT beats ANAD in PAs, Check out this: anadigics.com I don't see any 3.4 Volt parts from ANAD. TQNT has 3.4 V Tx in each band with high efficiency and no external negative voltage supplies needed. I think these babies have a great chance at getting designed into big products. Getting +30 dBm output power from a 3.4V supply is tough. It would require a "low RDSon" essentially for the switching nature of these GaAs PAs. Rex "The Customer Knows Best" Hi Eric, Welcome aboard the TQNT train.
