Noted news, recently, that had MSFT entering into a (nonexclusive) patent deal with NEOM... I've been following the markets core comm tech patent issues quite a lot longer than the imaging issues... Wondering tonight if the timing is driven by... near term plans for implementations... in W8 ? First to market might matter more than other issues, with a proper implementation. Convergence is coming to cameras... extending their utility... making them a tool you might use, routinely, for things other than taking/sharing the happy snaps ?
