Montviel Conceptual Flowsheet from a recent presentation. I'm no expert on these things but the plan to potentially produce iron, niobium, and REE should make this highly profitable/high-margin relative to the pure REE resources out there.

The iron concentrations I've seen at Montviel are typically in the 20-25% range, which is somewhat lower than the ~30% iron magnetite which the primary iron ore explorers in the region are defining. However, it's not a modest amount either and actually compares favourably with the rumoured average iron ore grades in China (~20%) which is still profitable for pure iron ore producers there. With this combination of iron, Niobium and REEs I suspect the PEA for Montviel could be very strong.
