Dan,

Well for a thread where you guys don't talk shop, I'm seeing my name come up out here quite a bit.

What!! Am I some kind of mystery out here?? Anyone who has read the GRNO thread knows that the SEC halted it due, in part, to the amount of internet chatter that took place out here. However, once halted they came up with some pretty damaging evidence that the Company's lawyer was negligent in maintaining compliance with SEC regs.

I, on the other hand, was playing the role of a RileyG type (however, I never told others to buy or sell anything.) I just kept tabs on the company and passed on what I learned to a mailing list of shareholders and interested parties who asked to subscribe. The company was/is a development company and in the process of reassembling and redesigning a waste oil processor that can convert 75-80% of every gallon of feedstock into high grade #2 diesel. An interesting and profitable concept.

So the SEC halts trading, I call the SEC staff attorney to express my outrage, and the next thing I know, I'm being told a subpoena is coming my way. And that was only the first one.

Think this one over folks and ponder the ramifications of what you people are saying out here. And think about it from the SEC's perspective... they don't know any of you from the guy next door. For all they know, anyone of you could be being paid by this company to say what you are saying. (I personally doubt it) But they have no idea and they don't know what your personal angle is on this stock.

I have no doubt that, should this stock be halted and formally investigated, some of you will receive similiar subpoenas. Will this make you guilty of something?? Will this mean that all of your investments are bad??

I hope not.

I also hope this explains things for you a little better.

Regards,

Ron
