Am new to PSQL but know the industry well. Anyone care to
speculate why PSQL price is drifting down?

Is it because of Focussoft merger?
Looks like cash is low on balance sheet?
How does PSQL product stack up agains SOTA and Great Plains products?
Which is more effective Direct Sales model or Channel?
Is Klause running PSQL and fully engaged? He was so effective
at Frame.
I heard about insider buying at these prices.

Would appreciate starting up a dialog with someone knowledgable
on this stock.
