Nope. On the contrary, I think we are returning to a new, lower equilibrium. Debt leverage has lead to an unsustainable GDP. And all this deficit spending also leads to unsustainable growth. All we are now seeing is a deflation and deleveraging in the housing market. It's natural. However, the impact on people's wealth has been very negative and it's not getting much better, despite all the hopium on this thread.
