i have been using the pitbull system for longs for quite some time now. unfortunately, i would be up much more if i would follow the loss cut rule and know when to sell. in fact, i still own some tsemf which is now down 40 percent and is forming another base. should have sold for a nice profit when the rs fell a few weeks before the descent. i am still ahead for the year.
i just ordered the pitbull short system 2 weeks ago and am very impressed. i am very much a chartist and have read many books on it and on fundamental analysis too, but the system used by the pitbull seems to catch the "fall" just as it passes below its all important moving average and sometimes its support level. most impressive.
a few days ago immunex gacve a signal (on tuesday i think) when it was at 63ish. now is at 57 and has not given cover signal yet. sometimes, just as in the long system you have to exit when a trade goes against you. nothing is right all of the time.
but the pitbull system does work and works well on both the long and shorts. i don't know about the power system as when i ordered it, the power rating did not exist. i plan to call the company as i understand it is free to upgrade.
