Well according to the Kirkland Lake, Northern Daily News, the sale of the surface rights is a done deal, as long as AJ Perron and Associates do not win their court case against the Township of McGarry. It sounds like it will be a long drawn out battle between AJ Perron, the Township and the new owners of the surface rights. If the shareholders do not make any money, or reduce their losses, the lawyers will sure as hell make a good living.
