Bottom lines:
I conclude that NOK could have possibly bottomed in July, but there remains an enormous amount of overhead resistance to deal with. I would expect the shares to consolidate in order to build a proper base on which to successfully garner any traction. For my tastes, I would like to see NOK base for at least six months to a year before I would strongly consider a long position.
