I hope all fellow ancorites are enjoying the long holiday weekend. A cautionary note -while insider buying is certainly a desirable event to look for, it doesn't always happen. Please keep in mind that in many small cos. key insiders routinely receive options as part of their pay packages. The bigger the fish, the more options he/she receives. This allows small companies to attract key pesonnel when there isn't a lot of cash lying around and also ensures that everyone works together. My own experience in a small cap co. was that it was rare that any of us senior guys would buy shares because so much of our earning power was already wrapped up in options. To invest even more wouldn't necessarily be prudent. FWIW...... tm
