I hope the judge goes for additional $3-4 Billion penalty.

I think triple damages is the highest the judge can award, which is $3 billion and change. I doubt if the judge will go that high, though. Still, I could be wrong ;-) But it isn't the money that changes the game; this verdict is going to send all the copycats scurrying back to their R&D sewers to rethink their products, lest Apple comes after them with its fully loaded elephant gun.
