I went to see it late this afternoon.
Basically, the film maker is trying to figure out what motivates Obama to make the decisions he makes.
It is interviews with psychologists, Obama's brother in Kenya, photos of his father's grave and a lot of excerpts from Obama's reading of his Dreams from My Father book, illustrated with photos and film clips of Obama, and comments from his 'friends'.
It chronicles his upbringing, highlighting the rogues gallery of influences that shape his current persona. He lived his early life in Indonesia, then was sent back to the USA to his grandparents. They found a "Big Brother"/mentor in a card carrying Communist Party USA member, after which he continued similar associations in college. Most of these friends and associates view the USA as an evil empire, and a 'colonial power' that must be demolished. Apparently, they view the US as using corporations as surrogate occupiers. They think the US has not paid other countries for the natural resources we use to create wealth.
This film scared the crap out of my Mom.
I no longer hesitate to refer to Obama as 'comrade'. He wants to dismantle our military, destroy our economy, and make the US vulnerable to other military powers, imho.
Obviously, Obama knows NOTHING about US History, and the role we were forced to assume as a result of the two World Wars, and the free exchange of commerce and ideas that we enjoy.
And that's not the half of it.
