Thanks, an honest assessment of CALM. You got me so interested with just the multiples that I stayed up until 3 last night reading the 10-K. I'm not there yet, but it does look very interesting at this price.

Question - do you buy management's explanation of why the last quarter was down? Just cyclical, it will be up next quarter, etc.
