I'm surprised no one has mentioned yet, in this context, either the supposed value in IP in the NOK portfolio, or that Apple pirated THE ENTIRE CONCEPT they've built on... from Nokia. But, then, it's not really any advantage to have those things or the (former?) capability to create them... when you're not able to capitalize on them... here, even, including that it wasn't NOK that just won a judgement against AAPL... instead of AAPL vs. others ? Even NOK's advantages... reveal more about the lack of value than the fact of it.
