The obvious with the "benefit" in... " Nokia’s Windows Phone user interface are distinct compared with iPhone"... is that the user interface, while it is distinct from AAPL, is NOT actually an NOK unique product, but is instead a MSFT product... ?

NOK had carved out a niche for themselves in a supposed "new ecosystem"...

Perhaps this ruling gives that "ecosystem" a new lease on life...

I just don't see that it does create any real benefit for NOK to have this new incentive for real competition in the space they've tried to carve out for themselves... but don't own... they way they owned what they used to own...
