Years ago a colleague used to have regular meetings with a Chinese tea girl at his office on Hastings Street in Vancouver. One afternoon he asked me to please leave soon after she was scheduled to arrive. I excused myself a little after she arrived and asked the following day how much it cost to have a beautiful Chinese tea girl to come to his office. He berated me on my naivety saying he did not pay her to come he paid her so she would leave after they finished having tea.
