Ok, now I understand - so if your company adds a new button on a teapot or kettle to be prettier it should be guarded as a patent and no one could manufacture a teapot or kettle with a button or any button like addition – really that is the symbol and intend of free markets and protection of useful innovation and will substantially improve the use of teapots and kettles by plain mortals - how sad. ...... and as we are on an investment board I would like to ask for patent protection the crossing of the 77 with 103 moving averages as a signal to buy or sell a financial instrument. No one has proclaimed something like that before and it is a true well thought innovation, and my attorney indicated to add exponential modifies and weight oriented averages and anything look alike.
