Only I know that the number above references a post on the SI web site. I simply add that number onto the end of "http :// www. siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?" and I am golden. The finished URL would thus be Message 28361965

The advantage to this approach is that it works everywhere, while hidden text only works in cases where you can actually edit the post at any time, which limits you to thread headers.
