It says nothing. My stuff is based on science and statistics, so I don't know what you are talking about? Liberals are the most highly educated population in the country and as a group make the most money per capita of any political population. So they don't need welfare, and usually don't take it even when they can. 51% of scientist's call themselves liberal, 80% lean Democratic and only 6% call themselves Republican. That is a startling statistic in itself. I took care of my mom for 20 years and she was eligible for welfare and food stamps. We never took a dime.
