Interesting analysis. I believe (hope ???), we got as low as we could, now that the news is out of the way, the SE Asian crisis is fully developed, and the biotech conferences are coming up. If LGND remains at these levels for another couple of months, I plan to increase my holdings substantially.
I don't have any problem with the timeframe (as long as I don't get a margin call, that is). On the other hand, I'm worrying about the intensifying competition. While LGND's pipeline is broad, in every field, there are many companies concentrating on the same disorders.
BTW, what software are you using for TA and do you have any textbooks to recommend on the subject ? (Not that I'm a great believer in TA, however I believe that there are times where it can help.)
