James You are correct SKM does trade like a closed end fund. SKM stock price is not likely to reach 4 until and unless Korea falls apart. I have tried to keep track of SKM's Korean price, day to day it has very little correlation with NYSE price. SKM has always traded here at a premium of 30-90%. WSJ interactive addition has closing prices of Korean stocks before start of our trading.
